Description

Scope of work shall include but not be limited to the restoration and paving of the main parking area for the Bonair Towers located at 1915 Halgrim Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33901. In general, the scope covers milling, regrading, and paving of the existing parking lot located on the east side of the complex. In addition to the parking lot repaving the scope of work includes miscellaneous landscaping, stripping, concrete bumpers, signage, and other miscellaneous work as required to provide a completely restoration and functional parking area.
