| Description | The Project Work Includes: 1.1. Demolition of the existing pump station and replacement with a new pre-cast concrete wet well, new pumping equipment, electrical and controls equipment. 1.2. Construction of new pre-cast concrete valve vault. 1.3. Maintenance of existing sanitary sewer service 1.3.1. Pump station serves 6 homes, some with seasonal use 1.4. Maintenance of existing stormwater through the site 1.5. All Work must be limited to the Town road Right-of-way. 1.6. Maintain access to homes at all times 1.7. Maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic 1.8. Coordination with utilities 1.8.1. Vermont Electric Co-Op 1.8.2. Town of Brighton Water & Sewer 1.9. Working Hours 1.9.1. 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 1.9.2. No after-hours, weekends, or Owner or Federal Holidays unless at least 72 hours written permission is granted by Owner. 1.10. Always maintain at least one lane of traffic. |
