Description

Construction of a flow trail observation plaza near Creekside Ballpark, 3550 340th Street SE in Coralville, Iowa. The project includes rough and fine grading, 40 SY of 5" concrete pavement, at least 310 SF of segmental retaining wall/seat wall with natural stone cap, installation and connection of a city-provided drinking fountain. The city will clear and grub the site and remove selected trees prior to contractor mobilization. The city also intends to purchase and install a 12’x18’ shelter as a part of observation plaza amenities.
