WPB Callaway Resurface POV Parking

Resurface approximately 95,530 square feet asphalt parking lot, 20+ years old with cracks, potholes and tree root issues that are causing the asphalt to fail. Scope of Work: 1. Removal and disposal of existing wheel stops. 2. Survey the existing trees in the parking lot areas to determine type and assess their condition. Also, include tree root pruning to address the roots. 3. Removal of asphalt and landscaping. 4. Installation of new islands and Type D Curbs. 5. Replacing existing handicap ramps to current ADA compliance. 6. Rework base and grade as required to ensure proper drainage to swales. 7. Installation of a new parking lot lighting system, to meet local permitting agencies code requirements. 8. Resurface with SP 9.5 TLC asphalt approx. 2.00" and speed bumps. 9. Installation of new wheel stops, pavement markings and signs. 10. Update and replace existing landscaping based on current condition, impact by the new work and to meet local permitting agencies code requirements. 11. After paving operation is complete, clean all drainage pipes to insure proper drainage to ponds. 12. Clean repair area of vegetation, dirt and surface debris as required.
