Rainbow Parks Units 1 and 2 Road Grading 2021

Grading services for unpaved Marion County maintained roadways. The work involves road grading 4 times per year. Includes grading and compacting the roadway. Limerock material to be added where needed as directed by the MSTU Coordinator (Approximately 500 tons annually). Work is expected to be performed year round, and it is the Contractor’s responsibility to consider seasonal weather conditions (dry and wet periods) in the proposal. All roads are located within the boundaries of Rainbow Park Units 1 & 2 only. As funding becomes available, additional work may be added, at the contracted unit price. Any additional work requested by the MSTU, to be performed outside of the cycle, will be considered an additional cycle and should be invoiced at the contracted unit price.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
