Description

provide architectural and/or engineering services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project in the Corona Virus application cycle. The project involves the construction of a building which will serve as a place for people infected with Corona Virus and other diseases to isolate while they are contagious. The County anticipates applying for Small County CDBG-CV funding to construct the building, therefore, procurement and contracting will follow CDBG regulations. Separate contracts related to projects that are receiving funding from other funding sources such as DEP-FRDAP may be entered into from this solicitation. Architectural and/or Engineering Services for this project will include but not be limited to topographical surveying, testing, engineering design, permitting, bidding, construction administration and resident observation services.
