CMR for DM at Capitol Complex Garages

TFC owns and maintains 8 parking structures in the Capitol Complex area of downtown Austin; see Attachment H.1 for location and size of these garages. Corrections to deficiencies of the Structural, Building Envelope, Waterproofing, Life Safety, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Sitework and other incidental scopes of work made necessary by the execution of these repairs, constitute the Project’s scope of work.
