The Project Will Replace the Salina Bridge on a New Alignment Located Immediately Downstream From the Existing Bridge. The Replacement Bridge is a 3-span Continuous Composite Steel Plate Girder Bridge. The Approach Roadway Will Be Widened to Provide 11' Travel Lanes and 5' Shoulders. From Sr 0981 to Kier Street, Mill and Overlay of the Cartway is Proposed. Drainage Will Be Upgraded as Well as the Guiderail, Signs, and Pavement Markings; and Other Miscellaneous Construction, as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 1060, Section A20, in Westmoreland County Bell Township From Approximately the Intersection of Sr 1060 and Pa Route 981 at Segment 0004 Offset 0000 to Approximately the Far Abutment of the Salina Bridge at Segment 0010 Offset 0772; and Extending Onto State Route 2047 in Armstrong County Kiskimineatas Township at Segment Offset 0066 to a Few Hundred Feet North of Its Intersection With T-346 (Water Street) at Segment 0010 Offset 0651.
