The Work shall include but not be limited to: 1. Total Roof Replacement including: a. Removal of existing roof membrane, b. Removal and replacement of any wet or damaged roof insulation, c. Provision of new membrane roof system. 2. Flashing at existing exterior high bay walls including, a. Removal of brick masonry, b. Installation of new flashing and weeps, c. Replacement of brick masonry. |
