| Description | The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region (Region 5), has a verified need for the following work at the Lee H. Hamilton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in New Albany, Indiana. Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing the existing EPDM roofing system, insulation, and associated construction. It will also replace the existing cooling tower and associated construction. Bid options include the following: repointing penthouse limestone, repointing and repainting exterior Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) walls, blasting and repainting decorative screens, replace 10 pumps, remediate mold and repair/replace existing return air ducts. |
