Columbia Drive Restoration

Provide required services to meet the requirements for acceptance of a roadway into the Virginia Department of Transportation System as and "Industrial access road". 1. Provide all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, consumables, and supplies required to reseal several stormwater pipes and structures, to include excavation around several structures to repair leaks that have caused sediment displacement and subsequent sink holes. 2. Provide adequate fill material and compaction to provide proper drainage and grade, as well as repairing any associated concrete (paved ditch) that abuts the structures. 3. Repair/replacement/cleaning of sections of paved ditch along both sides of the road. 4. Creation of a foot crossing to accommodate access to a fire hydrant. 5. Repair of several gouges/ruts in the pavement surface, as well as the replacement of approximately 1000 SF of asphalt. 6. Clearing of vegetative growth from several areas within the proposed right-of-way this includes clearing vegetative growth and sediment buildup from the edge of pavement to provide positive drainage throughout the project area.
