Mill asphalt to a depth of approximately 2”. Milling depths may be adjusted by the Engineer based on field conditions discovered during construction. Provide street sweeping during milling work to keep dust and debris at a minimum. Provide temporary asphalt around existing utility structures (including valve boxes, manholes, etc.), driveways and intersections after milling.
