The purpose of inviting and identifying qualified parties interested in developing and or managing the property located at 11831 Bayshore Road (Lee Civic Center), North Fort Myers, FL. 33917. As such, the County invites interested qualified parties, additionally referred to as Responder / Respondent, to submit a plan for management of the existing facilities and/or redevelopment of the aforementioned property, along with Respondent qualifications as requested herein. The Respondent’s proposal shall include a plan for ongoing management of the site through a long-term lease or an approved alternate method.
