To design and construct recreational and civic facilities in conjunction with a commercial and residential land lease on approximately 5.3± acres of City-owned lands located in the plat of “Bonita Springs” according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 26 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, including Lots J and K and that part of Lot I South of Leffert Creek and North of the Imperial River and all of Blocks 6 and 7, and Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Block 5, together with the East ½ of the alley vacated by the Lee County Commission, said lands situate, lying and being in the City of Bonita Springs, Lee County, Florida, commonly known as Imperial Crossing.
