Design-Build Services for Capital Cascades Trail-Skateable Art Project

The goal of this request, as put forth by the Leon County – City of Tallahassee Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency (Agency), is to procure professional design-build engineering and construction services to design, develop construction documents, permit, furnish and install a new turn-key skateable art facility (Project). The Project will include a skatepark type amenity to be used by the skateboard sporting community (Skaters), a covered seating area, site lighting, a water fountain, landscaping, and electrical and stormwater infrastructure.
