Description | Scope of Work : Project is the construction of a new playground for the City of Avon Lake in place of the demolished playground at Bleser Park (32800 Electric Blvd, Avon Lake, OH 44012). The proposed project will design and build new play spaces with a combined 85,000+/- SF in area. The Design-Build Contractor (DBC) is responsible for providing all design and construction services required for the project inclusive of, but not limited to the following: landscaping, architectural, electrical, structural, mechanical and any other required specialty. Design shall comply with all applicable standards, codes and regulations. The Design-Build Institute of America ("DBIA") provides DBIA Contract Documents and licenses their use worldwide. You have a limited nonexclusive license to: (a) Use DBIA Contract Documents on any number of machines owned, leased or rented by your company or organization; (b) Use DBIA Contract Documents in printed form for bona fide contract purposes. Liquidated Damages. Design-Builder understands that if Substantial Completion is not attained by the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date, Owner will suffer damages which are difficult to determine and accurately specify. Per owner all bids were rejected, and this project is cancelled. |
