Licensed Architects To Develop Schematics/Drawings To Support Capital Projects At Miami Bridge Facility

Project 1: Re-installation and painting of 8 exterior hurricane impact Door Frames, in shelter FSFF and School Buildings. Project 2. : Remodel of exiting Shelter Laundry Room including new buildout of storage, upper and lower lockable cabinets, floors, including 2 interior doors, countertops, laundry sink, updated plumbing, electrical, painting, ceiling lights to LED, Project 3. Remove, replace, level and ensure all Perimeter Walkways (currently concrete) including exits are per building and ADA code. This includes entire perimeter current walkways Project 4. Remove, replace and install new LED Lighting around entire Shelter, School and FSFF buildings to illuminate grounds and increase safety and security for youth, their families and staff Project 5. Separate and create different functional room/space within School Building to make "open space" more functional/efficient and allow for counselors to occupy to provide oversight and guidance to youth and Family Parenting Groups.
