Consist of furnishing all labor and materials for open end contract for installing scour countermeasures at multiple locations in Sussex County. scour countermeasures include pouring concrete floors between footings of concrete rigid frames, filling of voids under substructures, and placement of riprap or grout bags around the substructures.
