Continuing Services Plans Review Support

The Continuing Services Consultant, (Herein After Referred To As The Consultant), For a Wide Range Of Engineering And Technical Services To Assist In Bringing To Completion, As Expeditiously As Possible, Various Projects For District Iv. The Consultant Shall Function As An Extension Of Fdot’s Resources By Providing Qualified Technical And Professional Personnel To Perform The Duties And Responsibilities Assigned Under The Terms Of This Agreement. To The Maximum Extent Possible The Consultant Shall Minimize Fdot’s Need To Apply Its Own Resources To Authorized Assignments. Fdot, At Its Option, May Elect To Expand, Reduce, Or Delete The Extent Of Each Work Element Described In This Scope Of Services, Provided Such Action Does Not Alter The Intent Of This Agreemen
