Design Services for Runway 5R-23L Rehabilitation and Modification of Standards (MOS Improvements Phase 2B

1. Pavement coring, Geo-technical investigation and surveys 2. Survey data collection and submittal to FAA in accordance with FAA Advisory Circulars 150/5300-16B and 150/5300-18B. 3. Design of new, and repairs of, asphalt pavement in conformance with FAA standards 4. Preparation of safety/phasing plans and maintenance of traffic in accordance with FAA standards 5. Preparation of Financial Plans in accordance with FAA template ?Preparation of material specifications in accordance with FAA standards 6. Design of new, and repairs of, runway and/or taxiway edge light systems and airfield guidance signs in accordance with FAA standards 7. Relocations and adjustments of visual navigational aids - Precision Approach Path Indicator Lights (PAPI), Approach Lighting System with Sequenced Flashing Lights (ALSF-II), Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with Runway Alignment Indicator Lights (MALSR) 8. Airfield Electric Lighting Vault renovations to accommodate changes to airport lighting and guidance signs. 9. Site work design (storm drainage, grading, etc.) and storm water analysis in accordance with FAA, Franklin County standards 10. Various levels of cost estimating and scheduling 11. Project scheduling using Primavera P6 12. Project management using Primavera Contract Management 13. Life Cycle Analysis 14. Airspace analysis and any associated FAA submittals 15. Meeting coordination and attendance 16. Necessary outside agency (city, state, federal) coordination 17. Development of construction documents 18. Assistance with bidding/bid process management 19. A/E Services during construction, including inspection/observation during construction and acceptance materials testing 20. Other related activities
