DFCM Construction-SLCC RRC Student Center Renovation

Program verification and design services for the renovation of various areas of the Salt Lake Community College Redwood Road Campus Student Center. The areas identified are components of a much larger renovation described in the Master Bridging Study provided by VCBO Architecture dated February 21, 2020 (which is posted in the U3P Buyer Attachments). The three primary areas of deficiency found in the Master Bridging Study are code and accessibility compliance, building function and programmatic offerings. For this RFP they will be referred to as “safety and maintenance, improvements and remodel spaces”. The U3P Buyer Attachments contain documents which provide a more precise description of the overall building needs and a detailed scope for this project
