Water Meter Recycling Project for use by the Public Works Department, Water Division. Annual Contract for Hauling & Disposal of Wastewater Solids for use by the Public Works Department, Wastewater Division. The City of Lake Charles reserves the right to accept or reject any and all of the bids and to waive formalities and technicalities. In the event any two or more of the bids submitted are equal, the City in its discretion may select the party to whom the contract shall be granted.
