| Description | The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking qualified contractors to provide miscellaneous concrete repairs services throughout the city. Services shall include sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and miscellaneous concrete repairs. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon issuance of an agreement by the city and extend for a period of three (3) years. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon approval of the city commission. The City will review all requests for price adjustments annually at the renewal term. Question Deadline 07/14/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The city reserves the right to waive any and all technicalities, formalities and to reject any or all bid submittals or to re-advertise for bid submittals for these commodities/services. The city may withdraw all or part of this ITB at any time to protect the interests of the city. |
