Connecting Cary Sidewalk Projects - Town of Cary

As of August 21, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start in Fall 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Cary is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Qualified firm(s) will provide design services for various sidewalk projects. This includes but is not limited to: survey, roadway, sidewalk, stormwater/drainage, bikeway design, public and private utility relocations, environmental, erosion & sediment control, NCDOT permitting, right-of-way acquisition and contract administration for public bid. Cary may select up to two (2) professional design firms for these services. A detailed scope of services is provided in Section 4 of this solicitation.
