Equestrian Center West Ring Improvement Project

1. Remove six inches of the existing Gypsum sand and base layer of clay from the area indicated on the map. 2. Contractor will laser grade and compact existing native base. 3. Contractor will add and grade a fine concrete screening that is double crushed. 4. Contractor will furnish and install around the west arena wooden boarders consisting of 2”x 6” pressure treated wood. 5. Contractor shall install Cyclone sand at a depth of 4”. 6. Contractor will compact and final grade sand area. Contractor to compact and grade arena material. 7. Material will be sloped 1” per 20’ from the center for drainage. 8. Extracted material will be loaded by the Contractor for CITY use in the Farmers Market Field located next to the Equestrian Center. 9. The Contractor is responsible to furnish at its own expense, all supervision, equipment, machines, tools, materials, labor, material transportation and other facilities and services necessary to perform work specified herein
