Professional Environmental Consultant Services

Environmental consulting services on an on-call basis in order to conduct their business of operating and expanding their four airports in Jacksonville, Florida. The consultant will provide an external source of environmental expertise and assist JAA to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations that are designed to minimize environmental impacts. A firm must submit a SOQ that lists the impact categories in which the firm desires consideration with relevant qualifications that prove competency in those areas. The environmental impact categories include air, water, and waste as applicable to operations at JAA airports and defined below.
