RTS Connection Hubs and Transfer Shelters

Construction services for the construction of up to six (6) Connection Hubs and the construction of up to five (5) Transfer Shelters. These facilities will serve as transfer locations for customers of Regional Transit Service (RTS) and will include passenger shelters and be able to accommodate buses and (in some locations) a limited number of automobiles. project scope of work includes, but is not limited to: excavations, sidewalk and curb work, installation of retaining walls, asphalt paving, installation of electric service to support lighting, heating in shelters, automobile charging equipment and passenger information displays, installation of communications lines and installation of bus shelters.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical, Common Work Results for Electrical, Low-Voltage Electrical Power Conductors and Cables, Grounding and Bonding for Electrical Systems, Hangers and Supports for Electrical Systems, Raceway and Boxes for Electrical Systems, Underground Ducts and Raceways for Electrical Systems, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Lighting Control Devices, Switchboards and Panelboards, Low-Voltage Distribution Equipment, Wiring Devices, Low-Voltage Circuit Protective Devices, Enclosed Switches and Circuit Breakers, Exterior Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Slope Protection, Excavation Support and Protection.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Concrete Paving Joint Sealants, Planting Accessories, Tree Grates.
