RIT - Tait Preserve - Site Improvements

Project consists of two primary parts: Driveway/road • Installation of storm drainage and gutters downhill from the main entrance gate. • (Includes two alternates) All box out from the road is to be removed from site. Work will need to be done in a manner that doesn’t leave any open excavation at the end of the work day. • Soil shoulder areas will need to be stabilized to eliminate wash out during construction and erosion controls until satisfactory germination occurs. Lodge area • Creation of a parking circle (51 spaces) comprised of grass pavers & asphalt drive lanes. • Installation of water tank for fire suppression system and assorted site electric/lighting. • Successful contractor will have to work with preselected Irrigation Company (allowance will be included) • There will also be an allowance included for additional landscaping. • Base bids will include all lawn/landscape restoration.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
