Y--Loading Dock and Warehouse Improvements 539-19-202

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to Improve the Loading Dock and Warehouse located at the Cincinnati VAMC, Ohio In Accordance With (IAW) Specifications and Drawings. The contractor shall provide three (3) prices; The contractor shall provide three (3) prices; Line Item 0001, Bid Item One, Line Item 0002, Bid Item Two (Alternate Deduct Bid), and Line Item 0003, Bid Item Three (Alternate Deduct Bid). See the Specifications and Drawings for details regarding the three (3) requested pricing. The contractor shall include prices for all items listed in the pricing schedule and include all costs associated for work in the Specifications and Drawings, whether or not specifically listed in the pricing schedule. Work will be accomplished at the Cincinnati VAMC at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220.
