Description

The project is located at Lake Ridge Park Marina, 12380 Cotton Mill Dr. Woodbridge, VA 22192 (GPIN: 8293-08-2987). Construction scope will consist of the replacement of an existing floating boat dock including anchorage system, retaining wall railing, lighting and accessories. Contractor will remove and dispose of existing 2,010 sq. ft. framed floating dock and gangway structure, 18 timber piles, loose hardware and spoil material. New installation will include 20 steel pipe piles, cast-in-place concrete bulkhead, 1,500 sq. ft. manufactured floating docks, 80 LF of 12” wide manufactured gangways, 384 sq. ft. roofed floating dock, 124 LF of wooden handrail and bollard style lighting with associated electrical wiring.
