Construction Management Service for FY-20 Repairs, Replace, and Upgrade Guardrail and Impact Attenuator - City Wide

The Consultant shall Construction Management services, including, but not limited to, assessment of the work of the Guardrails and Attenuators Contractor for compliance with District rules and regulations, prepare, maintain and secure on current basis all contract records including correspondence, change orders, claims, contractor documents, partials payments, minutes of meetings, daily inspection reports, construction estimates, as-built drawings, specifications, submittals, safety reports, accident reports, RFIs, non-compliance and rejection notices, etc. The Consultant may be asked to prepare draft work orders for work to be performed by the Guardrails and Attenuators contractor. Work may be assigned on an emergency basis to provide services for critical repairs. General services will be assigned on an as-needed basis by work order, which shall define the scope of work and expected outcomes.
