Description

Experienced contractors to clean, prep and paint/seal the Town’s North Ocean Boulevard seawall located north of Country Club Road and south Bahama Lane directly across from the Palm Beach Country Club. Length of Seawall is approximately 1750 LF. The project components include but are not limited to mobilization/demobilization, general conditions, bonds, insurance, pre-construction videos, permit compliance, maintenance of traffic, temporary/construction fencing, site prep and cleaning, cleaning of wall, parapet and caps, crack repairs, removal of spalling concrete, concrete repairs, containment of concrete debris, painting and sealing of all surfaces.
