Description

Utility Cleaning and Plumbing Preventative Maintenance Services: This requirement will be to provide preventative maintenance to sustain the Sanitary, Storm, Potable Water, Natural Gas, and Kitchen Exhaust Systems in exceptional operating condition, optimize equipment performance and enable the anticipation for repair/replacement of major components prior to equipment failure and to minimize down time due to equipment failure. Preventative Maintenance programs and repair services are to be developed, implemented, performed and maintained for, but are not limited to water waste systems, portable water systems, natural gas systems and exhaust systems.
