The Project consists of constructing 2000 ft of sidewalk improvements, rebuilding driveways, and drainage improvements along Cherokee Rd. Improvements will also include grading, erosion control, ADA detectable strips, and striping. The last date for questions to be received is June 12th. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
