| Description | A. Concrete Deck: 1. Preparation of existing concrete deck 2. SBS Mod Bit Vapor Barrier 3. Insulation adhered in insulation adhesive 4. Coverboard adhered in insulation adhesive 5. PVC membrane (adhered). 6. PVC membrane flashings (adhered). 7. PMMA liquid applied flashings optional as needed. 8. All related materials and labor required to complete specified roofing necessary to receive specified manufacturer's warranty. B. Existing LWIC Area 1. Remove moisture laden LWIC (where required) 2. Mechanically attach Modified Sopra-G base sheet (where LWIC is removed) 3. Patch/repair existing LWIC with cellular LWIC 4. Fully adhere minimum 60 mil PVC with fleeceback 5. PVC membrane flashings (adhered). 6. PMMA liquid applied flashings optional as needed. 7. All related materials and labor required to complete specified roofing necessary to receive specified manufacturer's warranty. |
