Re-Bid for Maintenance and Repair for City Roads Streets and Facilities

The Project is generally described as a maintenance and repair for unit prices contract for City streets and roads to include, but not be limited to: milling and resurfacing, paving, seal coat, curbing, concrete sidewalks, asphalt exercise paths, brick pavers, guardrail, accessible ramps, steel traffic plates, barrier walls, drainage culverts, drainage structures, pipe liner, culvert cleaning, basin cleaning, pumps, embankment, flowable fill, pavement markings and signage and street sweeping. Unit pricing will be established in the bid to allow the City to contract for repair and maintenance work on an as-needed basis.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Culverts, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
