BGMU Water Treatment Plant High Service Pump No. 4

Provide vertical turbine pump (High Service Pump No. 4) and associated medium-voltage motor and variable frequency drive (VFD) all to be located in a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to be located on top of existing Clearwell No. 6. PEMB shall also house existing High Service Pump No. 5 and its associated motor as well as new electrical equipment to accommodate new and existing facilities. Both new and existing pumps shall be provided with new pump control valves. New discharge piping, valves, and fittings shall be provided for existing pump. Common discharge piping for both pumps shall be modified, including relocation of existing Venturi flow meter and associated heated enclosure. Medium-voltage and low-voltage (480-volt) power shall be extended to the new PEMB from the existing electrical building. Provide all associated civil, process, structural, architectural, mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and instrumentation systems required for the new and existing facilities.
