PW 2113 Municipal Way Parking Lot Expansion

Work generally includes improvements to the City of Casselberry Outparcel along U.S. 17-92 S and other areas in its vicinity. Work includes but is not limited to: maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, road base installation, asphalt paving, milling and resurfacing, sidewalk, curb, concrete, valley gutter, inlets, storm pipes, landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, pavement markings, Water Service abandonment/modification, electrical conduit, pull boxes and lighting installations. Work includes all required Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) following FDOT standard specifications and all necessary Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Best Management Practices (BMPs) required by local jurisdictions. The engineering cost estimate for this project is $757,493.93 for the base bid. A Utility Relocation and Connection Allowance is included as a Bid Alternate set at a fixed amount of $40,000.00.
