Pedestrian and Drainage Project

Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of erosion control devices, tree preservation and removal, excavation and grading, demolition of existing features, installation of storm sewer, drainage structures, and a SWM/BMP facility, watermain relocation, water and sanitary service relocation, curb, curb and gutter, placing aggregate, asphalt paving, brick and concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, concrete steps, handrail, retaining walls (masonry, gravity, and post-and-panel walls), brick fence, concrete safety barrier, decorative street lights, retaining wall lights, terrace up-lights, landscaping, installation of signage and pavement markings, restoration of existing features, and all measures required for the maintenance of traffic during construction including the implementation of detours. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state and City requirements.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
