Rehabilitation of Snapped Tendons in a Prestressed U-Channel Section on Bridge

Provide structural strengthening to the damaged pre-stressed U Channel that supports the sewer force main over the Indian Creek River. The U Channel may have been impacted by a vessel navigating under the bridge and caused the concrete cover to the pre-stressed tendons to be broken off; it is not clear whether the snapped pre-stressed tendons occurred at the time of impact or if the exposed tendons deteriorated over time to the point that they snapped. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and services for the supply, installation and finish of all structural strengthening using an externally bonded FRP composite system
