Bidder/Offeror please note: Before preparing the bid, carefully read the Solicitation Provisions. Insert a unit bid price, in figures, for each pay item for which a quantity appears in the bid schedule. Multiply the unit price by the quantity for each pay item and show the amount bid. Should any mathematical check made by the Government show a mistake in the amount bid, the corrected unit price extension shall govern. When the word "LPSM" (Lump Sum) appears as a unit bid price, insert an amount for each lump sum pay item. When a sum based on a fixed rate appears for any pay item in the amount bid column, include the Government inserted amount bid for the item in the total bid amount. Total all of the amounts bid for each pay item and show the total bid amount Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work (Apr 1984) Alternate I (Apr 1984) The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 10/09/2023 subject to such extensions as may be authorized. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The completion date is based on the assumption that the successful offeror will receive the notice to proceed by 01/24/2023. The completion date will be extended by the number of calendar days after the above date that the contractor receives the notice to proceed, except to the extent that the delay in issuance of the notice to proceed results from the failure of the contractor to execute the contract and give the required performance and payment bonds within the time specified in the offer. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
