| Description | Work constrict of cleaning high-pressure ducts at the Multidisciplinary Studies Building (MS), inside Air Handling Units (AHU) 44, 45, 46 and 47 and low-pressure ducts in all Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes in MS. 1. All low-pressure dusts will be sealed with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved sealers for Air Streams. 2. After low-pressure ducts are cleaned, temporary filter will be placed inside the air diffusers to prevent any debris from coming out. 3. The temporary filters will removed at end of the project. 4. A two years warranty shall be offered for all labor and materials used as part of this project. |
