2022 Road Improvement Program

**This project has been awarded to D&L Paving Contractors in the amount of $484,620. ** The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Base Bid- The milling and resurfacing of Alpine Drive, Magnolia Way, Wayne Court, and Lee Drive including replacement of curbs, ADA curb ramps, curb pieces, bicycle safe grates, and other incidentals. Alternate Bid 'A'- The milling and resurfacing of Sky View Drive. Alternate Bid 'B'- The milling and resurfacing of Crest Court. Principal items of work in the project include: Base Bid . 19,000 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3" Or Less . 2,735 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course Alternate Bid 'A' . 3,100 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3" Or Less . 460 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course Alternate Bid 'B' . 840 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3" Or Less . 125 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5.Bids must be accompanied, in the case of corporations not chartered in New Jersey, by proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding equal employment opportunity, as amended. All corporations and partnerships must comply with Chapter 33, of the P.L. of 1977, regarding disclosure of partners and stockholders. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed to the Owner and labeled for the 2022 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder.
