Engineering, administration, general services, regulatory body inspections, as-built documentation and mobilization; Refurbish Main Vehicle Elevator Hatch; Vehicle Elevator Structural Repairs; Refurbishment Vehicle Elevator Door; overhaul lifting devices; elevator platform and turntable renewal; Bridge Wing Console Upgrades; Exterior Hull Coatings - full blast and paint including removal of lead/chromate abatement as required; Steel Piping Renewals, including black and gray water drains, bilge and ballast systems; ballast piping and valves; perform LED Lighting Upgrades; Promenade Deck Upgrades; Bridge Deck Public Heads and Foyer Renewals; Stability Assessment; Field Office and Pre-Construction Conference; Training Program; and Appendix A – State Funded overhaul and repair work items.
