Description

Provide Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units in qualified new construction rental housing. The rental housing must be located within one of the following areas: 1. The Russell neighborhood; or 2) Non-impacted census tracts in Jefferson County All 758 units currently on-site at Beecher Terrace will be replaced by 316 rental units on-site and 442 units off-site within the Louisville Metro/Jefferson County by September 30, 2023.
