| Description | The project consists of cleaning and refinishing the exterior facade of the Bingham Building at the Central State Hospital as follows: 1. Cleaning existing wall panels, wall battens, ceramic panels & doors. 2. Applying Closed-Cell Polyurethane Foam Insulation to wall battens between wall panels. 3. Removing existing sealant and cleaning surfaces around existing wall battens, ceramic panels, windows, doors and vents. 4. Applying new sealant around perimeter of wall battens, ceramic panels, windows, doors and vents. 5. Applying primer and paint to existing concrete wall panels, existing wall battens, ceramic panels and to doors. |
