To conduct market research for planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if future efforts can be solicited on a competitive basis. The following areas of interest (interested vendor may submit in one or more area) are: 1) Paving (Repair Base Roads, Parking Lots, Road markings/signage) - $50M MACC (Base plus four option years - potential award up to four contractors). 2) Protective Coating & Paint - $10M IDIQ (Base plus four option years - Single Award). 3) Flooring - $10M IDIQ (Base plus four option years - Single Award). 4) Environmental Remediation (Mold/Lead/Asbestos) $10M IDIQ (Base plus four option years - Single Award). Total - $80M Strategic Sourcing Efforts.
