| Description | Provide all labor and materials required for this scope of work which concentrates on repair activities for the New Student Housing Parking Garage located at 1885 El Paseo. The parking structure consists of a structural steel framing system with steel joists supporting a concrete slab on a metal deck.The structure has a total of 4 parking levels - three supported levels and a slab-on-grade level. Each level is split into two long bays serviced by sloping ramps on the north and south ends of the garage The garage is approximately 300 feet in the north-south direction and 127 feet in the east-west direction and is serviced by 4 stairwells in each corner. The project will require the closing of parking spaces that are currently being occupied by residents. These parking spots have signs that will be required to be removed and relocated to visitor spots. There can be an estimated eight (8) times this will occur per floor of work to include a total of 13 parking spots. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
