| Description | Flintco, LLC has been awarded a design / build contract by the Texas State University System to provide design and construction services on the Sam Houston State University Coliseum Parking Garage in Huntsville, TX. The project consists of a precast parking garage to accommodate a minimum of 550 vehicles, parking and transportation offices, and associated sitework. It is our intention to award the abatement, demolition, and elevators based on the information contained in this RFP. The proposal should be based per the Schedule section. | ||
