Bidding will take place in January of 2024, with construction starting in May of 2024. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Sioux City, Iowa is hereby soliciting consultant proposals for professional services to perform the design of the full reconstruction of 29th Street Reconstruction from Jones Street to Cheyenne Boulevard. This request invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for accomplishments of the items of work described below under Scope of Services.
